The Big Apple Panettone
We present The Big Apple Panettone, a special collaboration between Chef Rich Torrisi and Chef Roy Shvartzapel of From Roy. Each Big Apple Panettone is thoughtfully crafted with our great city in mind, using candied apples, caramel, walnuts, cinnamon, a splash of amaretto, and a coffee cake streusel on top.
Enjoy a slice of Panettone ($25) & sip on Apple Cider ($5), served by Chef Roy himself, with the whole Big Apple Panettones available for purchase* in custom tin and velvet bag ($175).
*Only available for purchase on 12/2 at Cafe Roy or for Torrisi diners throughout December, while Panettones last.
This is a MAJOR GOOD production. In honor of Giving Tuesday, all proceeds from Cafe Roy will be donated to the Robin Hood Foundation, supporting New Yorkers in need this holiday season.
